Our winter maintenance programme is keeping communities looking good
Dunedin Canmore’s environmental teams are working hard to improve communities with their winter maintenance programme.
The guys provide an all-round service for customers, including grass cutting, bulk uplift, cleaning and removing graffiti.
They also work closely with housing officers to help tackle issues like dog fouling and other anti-social behaviour.
Their winter maintenance programme includes jobs like clearing leaves and cutting back overgrown hedges.
Recent jobs have included cutting the grass at Westfield and Duff Street and clearing leaves and tackling the moss at Downfield Place.
The team also cleared overgrown ivy from iron fencing in Port Hamilton.
