Lowther is one of Scotland’s leading providers of affordable homes to rent and factoring services. We own and manage over 2300 high-quality homes at full and mid-market rents.  We provide factoring services to around 30,000 homeowners across the central belt and the borders region.  We also manage a portfolio of over 360 shops and radio base mast installations on behalf of the Group’s Registered Social Landlords. We're there for our customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week keeping homes and buildings safe, clean and warm - and backcourts and communities looking great.

The next five years will be an exciting time for Lowther; we will be growing our portfolio of homes to rent by 1250, investing in our services and homes, completing our transformation to a digital business and developing new products for our customers.

We are proud to be part of Wheatley Group, Scotland’s leading housing, property management and care group. Being part of Wheatley allows us to offer our customers opportunities to get training and jobs, be part of Wheatley's modern apprenticeship programme and learn new digital skills to boost career chances.  We are the commercial arm of Wheatley with a strong social ethos, gift aiding over £3 Million last year to help change lives for people living in Wheatley Group communities thanks to our Wheatley Foundation.

We have a great opportunity for an individual experienced in letting and factoring to join our team. The post will be mainly home–based with travel to meet customers or visit our offices when required.  You should have experience in letting or factoring, especially in mixed tenure communities, and have a sound awareness of the Code of Conduct for Property Factors and the Code of Practice for Letting Agents.  A relevant qualification or willingness to work towards attaining one is essential.

The position is subject to a basic disclosure check.
