How do I apply?

There are different ways to apply for a home with Dunedin Canmore depending on where you want to live.

We aim to provide affordable and secure accommodation to those in housing need.

Applications for housing are open to people aged 16 and over. Anyone over the age of 60 may also apply for retirement housing.

You don't need to have a local connection to the area in order to qualify for housing and we don't take into account ownership of property or income.

Check out the sections below to find out more about applying for homes in Dunedin Canmore communities.

Update:

We’re following the latest government guidance on tackling Coronavirus and as a result we’re unable to carry out a full letting service at this time.

To read the latest on letting and our other services, please go to here for you in difficult times.

We will review our letting service as further advice is issued by the Scottish Government and hope to return to a full service as soon as we can.

If you are homeless, you should contact  your local authority who will be able to provide you with assistance. Click homelessness advice for local authority contact details.
