Located in Craigmillar to the south east of Edinburgh, our new Craigmillar development is part of a larger town centre redevelopment masterplan for 335 homes, a family restaurant with playpark and a retail centre. A new Lidl store has just been completed and four other retail units are planned. The town centre facilities are close to the site.

Dunedin Canmore entered into a contract with CCG (Scotland) Ltd in January 2017 and final handover is due mid-2018, with earlier phased handovers during 2018.

Our Craigmillar Town Centre project will have a total of  58 mid-market rent homes.

Work is starting on site in March 2017 with Miller Homes.

The site is located in the Gilmerton area of South Edinburgh, next to the Moredun Park and Hyvots Regeneration area that was completed by Dunedin Canmore Housing in 2013. It is approximately four miles from Edinburgh city centre and less than two miles from the Edinburgh city bypass and there are excellent transport links to both.

Edinburgh Royal Infirmary is close by, Edinburgh University, the Pentlands Science Park and the Bush Estate (science and technology centre) are all located within a six-mile radius of the site.

Dunedin Canmore is building 12 mid-market rent units due to be completed early 2018.

Work is starting on site in October 2017 with Persimmon Homes.

The greenfield site is located to the south of Greendykes in the south east of Edinburgh close to the recently built New Royal Infirmary and an emerging residential area in Greendykes. The area is undergoing significant regeneration. The site is part of a wider masterplan for the local area that will provide a mixture of private sale and affordable housing via a number of private housing developers, housing associations and the city council.

Dunedin Canmore is building 31 mid-market rent units due to be completed late 2019.

Over the last twelve months we completed 35 mid and full-market rental homes.

Work started on site in August 2016 with Hart Builders (Edinburgh) Ltd.

Mains Farm is located in North Berwick, the popular seaside town with a population of 6,500 approximately 25 miles from Edinburgh. It benefits from a rail connection to Edinburgh.  It is known as a tourist and retiral destination.

Main Farm has 14 mid-market rent houses.

Dunedin Canmore completed all 30 homes in June 2017.
