Stair cleaning service update

Thanks for your patience as we continue to operate a restricted range of services, in line with government guidance.

Close cleaning service update

As restrictions begin to be eased and resources allow, we are re-introducing services in phases, ensuring the safety of customers and staff remains our top priority.

Our stair cleaning service will resume from Monday 21 September.

However, it will take time to reach every close, so please bear with us.

We will put up a notice in your stairs with details of when cleaning will be carried out in your block.

Enhanced clean

We will be doing extra cleaning and sanitising in every close, including:

  • deep cleaning floors;
  • washing walls, windows and window ledges; and
  • sanitising touch points such as bannisters, door handles and controlled entry panels.

As we will be doing an enhanced clean in every property, we won’t be able to return to our usual schedule just yet.

Keeping you safe

Keeping you and our staff safe is a top priority. Here’s how you can help:

  • social distancing: please give our team space to work and clean your close by staying in your home while they are working. If you need to go out, please observe social distancing where possible;
  • remove any hazards in the close: bikes, prams and bin bags are fire hazards and shouldn’t be stored there.
