Anne McGovern

Anne is a Wheatley Homes East tenant.

Anne has extensive leadership experience in the public sector, particularly in governance, strategic planning, partnership working  and community engagement.  Prior to her retirement Anne was a Councillor and was the Leader of Fife Council for four years. She also previously served on the Board of NHS Fife.
