How do I report a repair?
To report an emergency or urgent repair

Repair Timescales
Dunedin Canmore has the following timescales for attendance at repairs reported to us.

We also have a timescale called “short contract” of 25 working days. This is used for jobs such as plasterwork and painter work that require a number of visits to a property.
* To allow time for a Property Surveyor to inspect property before commencement of work.
